To enter this world, you must first finish World Star.
World Mushroom-1: Night Falls on Really Rolling Hills
- Green Star 1: After the green star ring, collect all coins for the Green Star.
- Green Star 2: In the tunnel you will find a cloud (at the arrow pointing to the right) that will take you to the Green Star.
- Green Star 3: Shortly after the second star you will find a warp pipe on the left. Activate all colorful fields for the last Green Star.
World Mushroom-2: Spiky Mount Beanpole
- Green Star 1: Hidden behind the tree crown. Turn the camera a little to see him.
- Green Star 2: Climb shortly afterwards into the green warp pipe, which is covered by wooden blocks. If you collect all the blue coins, there is the star for the reward.
- Green Star 3: At the top of the level you have to climb on the right tree. From there you can reach the Green Star.
World Mushroom-3: Deep-Black Jungle Drift
- Green Star 1: Climb up the first cage to reach the Green Star.
- Green Star 2: The second one hovers above the swamp, but can be reached via clouds.

World Mushroom-4: Trouble in Shadow-Play Alley
- Green Star 1: Hovers over Bowser, reaching with the Boomerang.

- Green Star 3: At the Goomba stack. Go up the wall to the right.
World Mushroom-5: Back to Hands-On Hall
- Green Star 1: Take the baseball upstairs and throw it into the warp pipe. After that you can reach the Green Star.
- Green Star 2: Outside you can find a green star ring, quickly collect all coins with the propeller block.
- Green Star 3: Also outside you have to touch the gong on the left so that a crate appears on the clouds. This leads you to the Green Star.
World Mushroom-6: Gigantic Seasick Wreck
- Green Star 1: Collect all coins after the green star ring.
- Green Star 2: Before you go to the second Crate, you have to balance left on the bar to reach the second Green Star.
- Green Star 3: Shortly before the goal, you need a Mega Mushroom to reach the Green Star in the air.
World Mushroom-7: Broken Blue Bully Belt
- Green Star 1: Hovering over the lava lake. Underneath it appears an arrow block. Jump on this to reach the star.
- Green Star 2: Not to be missed. Best use a leaf to float to the Green Star.
- Green Star 3: Shortly before the goal in the Warp Pipe, you have to jump right to the Green Star on the cloud.

- Green Star 1-10: Over and over again defeat all Enemies to get all 10 Green Stars.
