Walkthrough
- Ride on Hufungous's cap. Where Yoshi stands affects the direction its stalk extends; move across the cap to steer rather than waiting in the centre.
- Redirect falling drops with the cap to clear branches and leaves over the first secret room. Transfer between the Hufungouss inside it.
- Follow the token challenge, then crouch on the horizontally extending cap through the low tunnel. Jumping off in the tunnel interrupts the ride.
- Ground Pound the cap in the later section to retract the stalk and reach the lower right route. Search the bottom-right room with an egg throw before leaving.
- Carry the tiny Hufungous buds on the growing cap to the Crazee Dayzee. Deliver all eight buds for the planting observation, and use the cap to bring items to the other Crazee Dayzees along the route.
Smiley Flower locations
The locations are listed separately from the main route so you can check a missing flower without repeating every step.
Smiley Flower 1 — Branch-covered secret room
Branch-covered secret room: redirect the drops, enter the opened room and transfer left across its Hufungouss.
Smiley Flower 2 — Blue-token route
Blue-token route: activate the red ! Switch and steer the growing stalk through every token.
Smiley Flower 3 — Low tunnel
Low tunnel: stay crouched on the cap as it carries Yoshi left through the passage.
Smiley Flower 4 — Lower side ledge
Lower side ledge: Ground Pound the cap to retract the stalk, then jump right at the lower opening.
Smiley Flower 5 — Bottom-right room
Bottom-right room: enter the concealed room and throw an egg up at the high flower, using a wall bounce if needed.
Creatures and additional discoveries
Test the vertical and horizontal stalks separately. Retracting a stalk with a Ground Pound opens a different route from directing it with Yoshi's position. Check the concealed room before steering the cap towards the upper exit.

- Check the habitat’s flower counter against the locations above.
- Finish the main objective before entering the sparkly exit.
