Walkthrough
- The giant fish swallows Yoshi. Use the springy surfaces inside its body to travel through the cavities while staying above the stomach acid.
- At the far-right stomach platform, throw an egg up for the high flower. Search the deeper soft surface with a Ground Pound.
- Use smaller Lunge Fish and the springy surfaces to launch forcefully into hard obstructions. Reach the large fish egg and break it to release Kamek and Bowser Jr.
- Before leaving the mouth, inspect the visibly cracked tooth. Attack the crack with eggs until it breaks and releases the final flower.

Smiley Flower 1 — Early ceiling
Early ceiling: Ground Pound the springy body surface and let the rebound lift Yoshi.
Smiley Flower 2 — Stomach platform
Stomach platform: stand on the far-right safe platform and throw an egg upwards.
Smiley Flower 3 — Deep soft surface
Deep soft surface: Ground Pound the middle of the soft body area to expose its hidden flower.
Smiley Flower 4 — Cracked tooth
Cracked tooth: hit the damaged tooth with eggs until the crack opens.
Creatures and additional discoveries
The acid makes stopping on a safe platform valuable. Aim throws from solid footing. Rescuing the captives opens the regular finish, but the mouth's cracked tooth is still a separate flower task.
