Area 3 (Part 1)

Courtyard and Bottom of the Well

Use the large key on the door at the rear of the corridor to enter the Courtyard. Climb down the well and follow the underground passage to the viewing hole. Look through it to discover Mario trapped in a painting. Turn around and capture the Ceiling Surprise that appears to obtain another key. Back in the Courtyard, speak to Toad in the outhouse on the right. Vacuum the birdhouse between the trees on the left to collect Mario’s Letter, then continue through the eastern door.
