Telephone Room
Return to the Balcony and open the newly accessible door on the left. A power cut fills even previously cleared rooms with ghosts. Follow the corridor and enter the door on the right at the far end to reach the Telephone Room. Answer the middle and right telephones: Toad and Professor E. Gadd explain the situation. Once both calls are complete, leave the room.
Wardrobe Room
Return to the Foyer, climb the stairs and follow the passage to the Wardrobe Room. Uncle Grimmly is waiting here during the blackout. Turn your back to the mirror and wait for him to try to frighten Luigi. When his heart appears, face him, stun him with the flashlight and vacuum him up. Open the chest for the Breaker Room key.
