Your task is clear, wherever there is an exclamation point, you have to remove the cobwebs. Do this first for the Garage, Guard Hall and the Bathroom. Then go to the first floor.

Go to the study. If you remove the curtains here, you can discover a painting with a gem. Hold the Dark-Light Device on it so you can grab it.
The roof
Go back to the hall and vacuum up the ball and light it. Now carry the part to the spider web. At the end of the corridor you will now find a pull cord, which makes a staircase appear.
On the roof you will find a safe on the left. Then go over the plank to the other side. If you light up the paintings with the Dark-Light Device, a fire appears and further spider webs disappear. At the end of the path you will find a new gem on the dresser.
The Boo in the Book Pile
Go back to the Common Hall. Here, too, you light the ball and now run through all the cobwebs. In the library, you first clean the lower floor. Here you have to make the piano and the stack of books visible, so that Ooga Booga appears, which one it is necessary to vacuum up.
Then go from the kitchen to the dining room up to the library and kindle the ball through the painting. Once you have removed them all, you just have to use the secret door to the Balcony from the floorboards and light the grill. Pull the balls to the fire again and remove the remaining cobwebs so that the mission is over.
