Go through the gate and follow the path. Enter the Chateau, where a labyrinth of boxes awaits you. If you look closely, you can see a way. Try it a little and you will slowly but surely get through the barrels. In the end, Mario is shortly gone and Popple behind you. Take up the pursuit and you meet apprentice with Popple and a new fight begins. Focus only on Bowser with mask, as he does the most damage and every time you attack Popple, he attacks you. Avoid his hammer shots and fireballs. With Popple you have to make sure that he does not steal a mushroom from you, otherwise he throws this Bowser in case it starts to weaken. After a good 10 rounds, apprentice should be defeated and Popple also makes himself out of the dust.
