Nep-Enut Habitat is a habitat in Chapter 3: Seaside of Yoshi and the Mysterious Book. Follow the route below and collect all 4 Smiley Flowers during your exploration.

Walkthrough
- Combine small Nep-Enuts to make a larger one; hit a large one with an egg to split pieces back off. Use the changing size to climb the shipwreck and open the waterfall route.
- Explore the cave behind the waterfall. Combining small creatures in mud creates a muddy Nep-Enut and opens an optional flower route.
- At the repaired ship, stay with a large Nep-Enut. Ground Pound it to send a shock wave through the water and reflect cannonballs towards Bowser Jr. and Kamek.
- Push the ship towards a cliff. When it charges, use more shock waves to slam it against the wall. The ship then retreats across the water and fires more cannonballs. Repeat at the opposite cliff until it breaks for the Big Discovery.
- Before leaving, lead Nep-Enut to the wilted flower at the far-right rocks and water it.

Smiley Flower 1 — Starting pool
Starting pool: throw an egg into the small opening above the water.
Smiley Flower 2 — Shipwreck
Shipwreck: enlarge Nep-Enut, jump from its head and climb over the crates.
Smiley Flower 3 — Mud cave
Mud cave: split off small Nep-Enuts and combine them in the cave's mud pool.
Smiley Flower 4 — Far-right wilted plant
Far-right wilted plant: after the battle, bring the large Nep-Enut close enough to hydrate it.
Creatures and additional discoveries
A larger Nep-Enut gives you height and a stronger water interaction; reducing it helps you move pieces into smaller spaces. Keep some small ones available while exploring the lower water routes. In the battle, time the Ground Pound to the cannonballs or charging ship rather than using it continuously.
