Walkthrough
- Carry a young Piranha Plant and feed it small creatures. As it grows, its jaws become strong enough to crack the hard nut.
- In the dark cave, feed a portable plant Neon Bugs. Its glowing body lights the climb to the upper ledge.
- Take water to the wilted flower later in the habitat. Watering a potted Piranha Plant is a different experiment: it does not replace feeding as the plant's growth method.
- Explore the mature plant's biting reactions after opening the nut. Keep a smaller plant available for routes where carrying it is easier than moving the adult.
Smiley Flower locations
The locations are listed separately from the main route so you can check a missing flower without repeating every step.
Smiley Flower 1 — Hard nut
Hard nut: feed a plant until it is fully grown, then let its jaws crack the shell.
Smiley Flower 2 — Dark cave
Dark cave: make a portable plant glow by feeding it Neon Bugs and carry it to the upper platform.
Smiley Flower 3 — Wilted plant
Wilted plant: direct the nearby water onto the dry flower until it blooms.
Creatures and additional discoveries
Growth, glowing after Neon Bugs and biting a tough nut are different observations. Carrying an immature plant past the cave is useful; growing every plant immediately can make the lighting route inconvenient.
Before leaving
- Check the habitat’s flower counter against the locations above.
- Finish the main objective before entering the sparkly exit.
- Review the creature’s book entry for an unrecorded interaction or a later discovery event.
