World 2 — Kremlantis

Donkey Kong Land guide hub

Kremlantis alternates temple stages with four underwater levels. The water stages have no bonus rooms; each of the three temple stages has one. There is no Enguarde to clear the swimming route for you, so line up each narrow passage before approaching an enemy.

Tricky Temple

Use Donkey Kong or a barrel for the Krushas. Near the end, before the level’s only rope, pass the Kritter and drop into the relevant gap for the single bonus. Free Rambi inside to clear the enemies around the bananas. The final cannon returns you to the temple; Rambi stays in the bonus.

Kremlantis Kaos

Swim with short inputs to keep your height under control. Watch the larger fish’s full movement before entering a narrow opening. There is no bonus room here; follow the main route and collect the KONG Letters if you want to save after finishing.

Reef Rampage

Check both edges of the coral passage before moving through. Change height early when a swimming enemy crosses your route, leaving room for the Kongs‘ slower underwater correction. This stage has no bonus room, so you do not need to search for a hidden bonus wall.

Snake Charmer’s Challenge

The baskets release Slippas. A stable basket can provide a brief resting point, but keep the first TNT Barrel before the Continue Point. Use it to destroy the basket covering a tire. Bounce from the exposed depression toward the right for the single bonus. Avoid the Zingers and Mincers on its moving platforms; O is above the return barrel.

Chomp’s Coliseum

Wait for the large sharks to clear a route through the ruins. Do not swim just beneath a shark that is about to descend. Short movements keep enough room for a correction. There is no bonus room in this stage.

Nautilus Chase

Nemos emerge from their shells to pursue you. Keep moving along the corridor rather than turning back for a lone banana during a chase. Use the quiet stretch afterward to line up the next opening. This is the fourth water stage with no bonus room.

Swirlwind Storm

Land on a Swirlwind from above to use it; side contact hurts. After N, bounce from the first following whirlwind and steer back left toward the floating banana for the single bonus. Continue right afterward, keeping enough height to land on top of the next whirlwind.

Boss: Seabed Showdown

Use the small clam as a reflector rather than trying to touch the Giant Clam directly. Position yourself so that its pearl travels toward the small clam, then move out of the shot’s path. The reflected pearl damages the boss.

The small clam changes corner after a successful hit. Reposition before baiting the next shot and repeat for eight reflected pearls. Check the bonuses in Tricky Temple, Snake Charmer’s Challenge and Swirlwind Storm, save your progress, then continue to Monkey Mountains & Chimpanzee Clouds.
