Walkthrough
- Guide creatures and objects into Yu Ef Oh's tractor beam. Each investigation fills its research storage; take it back to the central station to transfer the data.
- Use a Detonut to open the far-left cave, then have the craft absorb a Neon Bug to light the darkness. Let it investigate the Winged Cloud as a separate object.
- Use Yoshi's movement in the beam to strike the closed pond shell. Bring a small Nep-Enut into the beam to give the craft rain for the wilted flower.
- Free the alien from its capsule. In the Billeau corridor, let Yu Ef Oh absorb the gas; its downward discharge propels it up through the concrete ceiling. Follow the opened route with the alien and stand on the plate outside its safe house.
Smiley Flower locations
The locations are listed separately from the main route so you can check a missing flower without repeating every step.
Smiley Flower 1 — Dark left cave
Dark left cave: explode the entrance rock with Detonut, light Yu Ef Oh with a Neon Bug and follow the cave to the far left.
Smiley Flower 2 — Winged Cloud
Winged Cloud: lure the craft until the cloud enters its beam; collect the contents it releases.
Smiley Flower 3 — Pond shell
Pond shell: use the tractor beam to drive Yoshi against the shell until it opens.
Smiley Flower 4 — Left wilted flower
Left wilted flower: have Yu Ef Oh absorb a small Nep-Enut, then position its rain over the plant.
Smiley Flower 5 — Alien's house
Alien's house: free the alien, open the high route with Billeau's gas boost and take it to the door plate.
Creatures and additional discoveries
Different absorbed creatures change the craft's behaviour. Keep delivering its stored research to the station instead of only collecting objects. Complete the alien route before taking the base's discovery exit.
