Find the Poltergust 5000
Follow the mouse carrying the entrance key and enter Gloomy Manor. The left-hand door leads to the Garage. Inspect E. Gadd’s car to retrieve the Poltergust 5000, then vacuum the sheet from the corner to uncover a chest with another key. Use that key to open the Mudroom on the opposite side of the Entrance. You cannot catch ghosts yet: the vacuum needs the Strobulb first.
Recover the Strobulb
In the Mudroom, vacuum the ceiling fan to dislodge the key. Return through the Entrance and Guard Hall to the Foyer. The Greenies have placed the Strobulb in the chandelier. Climb the stairs, turn the chandelier mechanism with the Poltergust and return downstairs while it is lowered to collect the attachment. Flash the green panel to open the Coatroom route.
Collect the first two gems
Before finishing the ghost encounter, revisit the Front Yard and flash the closed flowers on the left. The third flower from the left contains an amethyst. In the Mudroom, flash the panel beside the outside door and follow the Mudroom Exterior path to its end. Aim upward to vacuum the amethyst from the tree. These are separate outdoor areas, not two gems in the same garden.
Clear the Coatroom and Foyer
Use the Coatroom toilet to reach the shower area. Vacuum the curtain, then return by the toilet. Stun each Greenie with the Strobulb before vacuuming it; pull against its movement to charge the Power Surge. Clear the pair here, then return to the Foyer for the remaining Greenies. Capture all of them to finish the mission. Search nearby rugs and wallpaper before the last capture if you want extra treasure.
Return later for Boogie Woogie
The mission’s Boo cannot be collected on your first visit. Finish A-4 to obtain the Dark-Light Device, then replay A-1. In the Garage, reveal the missing wheel near the entrance and vacuum its Spirit Balls. Track Boogie Woogie with Dark-Light, pull its tongue and vacuum it after the bounces. Finish the replay to record the capture.
