In total, you can find 4 Wiggler segments.
Wiggler Segment 1
After the events of W 3-3, you can find the first segment in W 3-4 (make sure you finished with the segment of this level). However, this flees shortly afterwards to W 3-5, where you can finally collect it. Then bring the part back to his head.World 3-4: Strike LakeWorld 3-5: Loop Loop River
Wiggler Segment 2
In W 3-5 you will find two exits and the tree stump things, this you can use in W 3-3. The second output from W 3-3 takes you to W 3-7. Here you will find the second Wiggler segment, which still flees to W 3-8. Then you bring the segment back to the head in W 3-3.World 3-7: Rustle Burrow
Wiggler Segment 3
In W 3-3, you used the second tree stump thing to open access to W 3-9. After W 3-10, you briefly own the second Wiggler segment. This then flees in W 3-2. In W 3-2 you can also find the Bownling Ball. You must then use this in W 3-4. With the new comet part you come to W 3-11. Solve this as well.World 3-2: The Bafflewood
Wiggler Segment 4
In W 3-12 you will find the last segment. This is full of ink. The segment flees to Surfshine Harbor. After a short conversation with the captain, the segment joins you and you can visit Wiggler. Talk to him and glue all the pieces back together. The parts must not be too far apart, but also not too close together. It is best to stick it on edge only easily. Once you have made it, Wiggler offers his help.
