On the ship
Arriving in the ship, you can first stick on a secret door. This will take you to some glitter stickers and the mega-color jump sticker. Then continue on the ship down dden Bob-ombs until you reach a Bowser sticker. Go up again and queue over the abyss this time. Paper the giant bombshell Bill Blaster and glue it on again to shoot through the wall. Again on deck you climb up and get some fresh energy. Then climb on the railing and from there you jump on the boxes. At the end you will reach Bowser Jr.

Bowser Jr.
The tail sticker is the key to victory. With 300 HP, Bowser Jr. is not without either. Every time it is his turn, he uses up to 6 attacks. You can use the scab to fend off his fireballs and hurl back the spiked balls, which cause damage of 50 HP. Repeat until you defeat him and the comet part is yours.
