Walkthrough
- Carry a Glubbit and run back and forth to generate bubbles. Use the bubbles to ascend to the lily-pad platforms, then create another set from the higher landing.
- Collect the flowers on the first leaves and tall stone pillar. From a bubble, throw an egg at the airborne Winged Cloud and Flutter Jump to its reward.
- Bring a Glubbit into the mud. Its bubbles become heavy and fall rather than rise. Carry it over the leaf pile so the falling bubbles clear the hidden passage.
- At the yellow lily pad, produce normal bubbles again and climb towards Bowser Jr. and Kamek. Pop their large bubble with a jump or Yoshi's tongue to make the Big Discovery. Before leaving, climb above that rescue point for the last flower.

Smiley Flower 1 — Lily pads
Lily pads: ascend on bubbles and jump across the first upper leaves.
Smiley Flower 2 — Stone pillar
Stone pillar: keep making bubbles from the lily pad until you reach its summit.
Smiley Flower 3 — Winged Cloud
Winged Cloud: hit the cloud during a bubble ascent and collect the flower in mid-air.
Smiley Flower 4 — Below the leaves
Below the leaves: use a muddy Glubbit's falling bubbles to uncover the cave.
Smiley Flower 5 — Above the rescue
Above the rescue: continue climbing beyond Bowser Jr. and Kamek to the highest platform.
Creatures and additional discoveries
An apple produces larger bubbles; a heart turnip produces heart-shaped ones. A hot pepper creates red bubbles whose bursts can scatter leaves and damage bees. Combine those food changes with mud to test heavy versions. Check the raised island in the middle water section for the Golden Bug, and return for the later Bunchabee interaction.
