Walkthrough
- Bounce on the coloured Croakaokes and watch the musical staff. Each colour contributes a different note; an incorrect note resets the current melody. Hold the jump button to gain extra height and time to line up the next landing.
- Play the ascending scale by using red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, dark blue, purple and the higher red Croakaoke in order.
- Continue through the lower group for the waltz. Feed the large green Croakaoke a note fruit to reach the upper lullaby section. A hot pepper makes the light-blue Croakaoke move and opens the route beneath it.
- Complete the remaining musical route and reach the final sparkling discovery area. At the far-right cliffs, use two Croakaokes in succession to climb to the Golden Bug.
Smiley Flower locations
The locations are listed separately from the main route so you can check a missing flower without repeating every step.
Smiley Flower 1 — Ascending scale
Ascending scale: complete the eight-note sequence and collect the flower by the high red Croakaoke.
Smiley Flower 2 — Waltz
Waltz: cross the group beyond the first large purple Croakaoke, beginning with the orange one and continuing towards the small green pair.
Smiley Flower 3 — Lullaby
Lullaby: feed the large green Croakaoke a note fruit, take the upper route and complete the melody without an incorrect bounce.
Smiley Flower 4 — Bridge tune
Bridge tune: feed the light-blue Croakaoke a pepper, enter the lower route and follow the clockwise group before returning left.
Creatures and additional discoveries
Apples and note fruit change a Croakaoke's voice and make its bounce stronger. Hot peppers make it hop, which lets you move it while it is airborne. Test both ascending and descending scales. Musical discoveries in later events and the Taggit habitat also contribute to its entry; the first visit cannot supply every interaction.
