Taggit Habitat is a habitat in Chapter 2: Mountaintops of Yoshi and the Mysterious Book. Follow the route below and collect all 3 Smiley Flowers during your exploration.

Walkthrough
- Chase and catch the five main Taggits. Find the first near the start, a second on the upper-right platforms and a third along the vines.
- Drop into the underground tunnel for the Taggit balancing on a nut. Throw Taggits at the leafy ceiling to dislodge the heart turnip, then feed it to the Croakaoke to open the narrow side passage.
- Use the balloon plants on the right to climb. Throw an egg into the orange leaves at the top to flush out the last main Taggit. Catching all five completes the Big Discovery.
- Inspect the high cliff above the waterfall for the Golden Bug. The golden Taggit is a separate creature variant, so finding it does not replace the bug.
Smiley Flower locations
The locations are listed separately from the main route so you can check a missing flower without repeating every step.
Smiley Flower 1 — Above the waterfall
Above the waterfall: throw a Taggit at the flower, then chase and catch it to retrieve its prize.
Smiley Flower 2 — Behind Croakaoke
Behind Croakaoke: pull down the ceiling turnip with Taggits and feed it to the underground Croakaoke.
Smiley Flower 3 — Balloon plants
Balloon plants: ride the red balloon to the upper area and throw a carried Taggit into the leaves on the right.
Creatures and additional discoveries
Let a Taggit catch Yoshi as well as chasing it yourself. Try stacking creatures, carrying a golden Taggit for tokens and examining the smaller Taggits in their dens. The five main catches unlock the next creature; the young ones are additional investigations.
