Thudd Domain is a habitat in Chapter 2: Mountaintops of Yoshi and the Mysterious Book. Follow the route below and collect all 7 Smiley Flowers during your exploration.

Walkthrough
- While Thudd sleeps, approach its mouth to be swallowed and launched. Aim the orange cursor at high ledges and rock walls; Yoshi's launch can break obstacles that ordinary eggs cannot.
- Find the enormous heart turnip above Thudd. Three Crazee Dayzees are already pulling it; bring two more to finish the job. Roll the turnip into Thudd's mouth to wake it.
- Thudd now follows Yoshi. Lead it to water and let it inhale the pond, then aim the stored water at a wilted flower. Explore the exposed pond floor.
- At the ruins trapping Bowser Jr., use Thudd's launch to destroy the supporting pillars and free him. Do not enter the finishing area yet: continue right and launch towards the upper tree branches for the final flower.

The locations are listed separately from the main route so you can check a missing flower without repeating every step.
Smiley Flower 1 — Belly button
Belly button: Ground Pound the sleeping Thudd's navel.
Smiley Flower 2 — Upper left
Upper left: aim a launch into the opening above and left of its mouth.
Smiley Flower 3 — Left rock wall
Left rock wall: repeatedly launch Yoshi into the rocks to uncover the flower.
Smiley Flower 4 — Wilted plant
Wilted plant: inhale water from the left pond and spray it near Thudd's original resting place.
Smiley Flower 5 — Right-hand nook
Right-hand nook: inspect the small opening to the right after waking Thudd.
Smiley Flower 6 — Drained right pond
Drained right pond: empty it, drop to its floor and crawl into the passage at the lower right.
Smiley Flower 7 — Beyond the goal
Beyond the goal: after the rescue, continue right and launch into the high tree-branch opening.
Creatures and additional discoveries
Launch to the upper ledges to investigate the Golden Bug. Feed Thudd objects found inside broken rocks, including jewels and fossils, and examine how its body changes. Try water and other creatures separately. A swallowed Glubbit can make Thudd spit bubbles rather than the creature itself.

- Finish the main objective before entering the sparkly exit.
