Level 2-1
Star Medal 1: Look with the telescope up to the target. There is a toad and throws the Star Medal down. It lands on a platform on the top left. You can reach them through the Mushroom trampolines.
Star Medal 2: Destroy the Piranha Plant on the pipe and then use it. In the 3D image puzzle, you have to get the Star Medal from the Crystal block above.
Tip: When you activate the P Switch (for example in the first Star Medal), notes appear. If you collect them all, you get a 1-Up mushroom. Follow the path now and you can see a small crack in the wall. Go crouched through there for another extra life.
Star Medal 3: In the Goombas with the raccoon tail, the Star Medal is in the background. Either jump over the abyss and walk along the path in the background to reach it.
Level 2-2
Star Medal 1: Just activate both at the beginning of the level! Switch so that platforms appear to the Star Medal.
Star Medal 2: After the flag you will find a flack pedestal. Light it and coins show you the way to a pit in the wall (left) Behind this wall is the next Star Medal and 100 extra seconds.
Star Medal 3: For these you have to be at least big. Once you have left the underground world, you will see a row of wooden blocks on the left. Destroy them with either a roll or the tail of your raccoon suit. Now crawl through the pit and get the last Star Medal.
Level 2 Box
Star Medal 1: Destroy the two Fire piranhas for the Star Medal to appear.
Level 2-3
Star Medal 1: Raccoon suit needed! Go on the Mario platform to the front right to his shoe. Destroy the wooden block here and then turn on the wooden wheel until you are at the top of the Luigi platform. Above the P Switch hovers the first Star Medal.
Star Medal 2: Propeller Block Needed! After the Mushroom platform, you see the Star Medal floating under a ring. First jump on the Goomba and drop, it is important that you do not press a button! If you have collected the Star Medal in free fall, then you press B again so that you float into the air again.
Star Medal 3: Raccoon suit needed! On the Princess Peach platform you will find another wooden block on the foot. Turn again on the wheel, which hides behind it and drive to the top. With the Propeller Block you can now reach the Star Medal on the left.
Level 2-4
Star Medal 1: In the Bowser boxes, the Star Medal hovers above a blue platform.
Star Medal 2: Shortly afterwards you come to a rainbow-colored block of notes. This will take you over the clouds, where you will receive the Star Medal at the end of the way.
Star Medal 3: After your landing back on the ground, do you already see a wing-equipped one in the background? Block. Jump on this to reach the Star Medal up in the air.
Level 2 airship
Star Medal 1: Spring in the First! Block and you land on a ship in the background. Here you will also find the Star Medal above.
Star Medal 2: On the next ship, the Star Medal floats high up in the air. Either you climb the long one? Block and then jump to her or you use a wall jump to reach her.
Star Medal 3: When transitioning to Warp Pipe is a small column. Fall down here and you land on the hull from the ship. Here is also the last Star Medal.
