Level 3-1
Star Medal 1: Climb into the Cannon and look right next to the Rock Block. There, the Star Medal travels up and down on a platform. Shoot easily over them when the platform is at the bottom.
Star Medal 2: Jump down to the floor and walk around the big crystal block. At the bottom of the wall you will see a single block of wood at the end. Destroy him and crawl into the pit. This is where Star Medal is waiting for you.
Star Medal 3: Just before the last door is a giant rock block. Climb on him using the wall jump to reach the Star Medal at the top right.
Level 3-2
Star Medal 1: In the three Cheep-Cheep series, there is a pit in the wall on the right. Swim in and then left to reach the Star Medal behind the grid.
Star Medal 2: Where the eel comes out is a pit in the ground. Follow the path to the Warp Pipe and use it. It leads you directly to the next Star Medal. Star Medal 3: At the second eel, the way up goes even further. Leave the water basin above and get the last Star Medal.
Level 3-3
Star Medal 1: Raccoon suit needed! Climbing at first? Block to get behind the wall like this. Here’s a wheel that you can spin with the raccoattail. It leads you to a warp pipe, which in turn leads you to the Star Medal. It hovers over the two rows of wooden blocks.
Star Medal 2: After the flag, you have to follow the donut platforms on the left. They lead you to a shaft that you can climb up with Wall Jump. Above, the Star Medal is waiting for you.
Star Medal 3: Look through the telescope to the top right of the Toad. This throws the Star Medal directly in the way. You can’t miss it.
Level 3-4
Star Medal 1: Go left on the rope. You reach a tree that has a mushroom platform below. Jump up and there constantly against the arrow blocks. If they are high enough, then jump left on the top of the tree to the extra 100 seconds and then on the arrow blocks to reach the Star Medal.
Star Medal 2: After the first! box, you will see a new arrow crystal block. Move this so far that you can jump on the rainbow-colored note block.
Tip: After using the second! box, you have to jump the rope to the top. To the right of the top is a secret crystal block, which includes another 1-Up mushroom.
Star Medal 3: Shortly before the goal comes a wing? Block flown. Jump on this one and wait where it takes you. After a short time, you are at the last Star Medal. Use the! box to get to the destination.
Level 3-5 (15 Star Medals)
You must first unlock this level for 15 Star Medals. Star Medal 1: Not to be overlooked. Jump on the two wooden blocks to reach them better.
Star Medal 2: Shortly before the first! box, it floats easily under the platform. Get them and use the Enemies as a trampoline to get back on the platform. This is easier with the raccoon suit.
Star Medal 3: Not to be overlooked either. Use one of the waffle blocks to reach them.
Level 3 airship
Star Medal 1: To the left of the first barbed pole, it floats on its own platform.
Star Medal 2: With the many barbed piles, you can go a bit forward on the second break. Here comes a donut platform that brings you to Star Medal.
Star Medal 3: On the ship with the target flag, you will find the last Star Medal at the top of the ship.
