Walkthrough
- Carry a Stickiwick and throw its web orb at a wall or overhead surface. Once attached, swing Yoshi beneath it; release and throw again to move between anchors.
- Use a Ground Pound during the swing to build momentum. The extra force lets you pass the twisted root and break the large wooden crate blocking the right-hand cave.
- Explore the lower-right recess by attaching the orb above the drop. Throw again immediately after collecting the flower to keep Yoshi from falling.
- For the Big Discovery, catch the fast blue bug with the sticky orb. Watch its flight path, place Yoshi beside that path and throw the orb across it rather than chasing behind it.
Smiley Flower locations
The locations are listed separately from the main route so you can check a missing flower without repeating every step.
Smiley Flower 1 — Upper grass
Upper grass: swing across the leaf platforms to the middle high ledge.
Smiley Flower 2 — Twisted root
Twisted root: build a strong swing and release through the narrow passage.
Smiley Flower 3 — Lower-right drop
Lower-right drop: attach the orb to the rock above the opening and swing into the recess.
Smiley Flower 4 — Crate cave
Crate cave: build enough momentum to break the crate, then climb the cave's narrow shaft with new anchors.
Smiley Flower 5 — Timed tokens
Timed tokens: pull the red ! Switch out of the wall with the orb, Ground Pound it and swing through the full blue-token line.
Creatures and additional discoveries
The orb catches items, creatures and Winged Clouds as well as serving as an anchor. Its position matters: a close low anchor makes a short swing, while an overhead anchor gives you more travel. A swallowed Stickiwick hides inside its sticky orb; Ground Pound the orb to bring it back out.
