Smash the Pappmacho Goombas
Leaving Whispering Woods and Toad Camp behind, you’ll be on your way to Mushroom Palace in Toad Town. In the background you can see large Pappmacho Goombas who have already caused unrest in the Whispering Woods.
In the main square in Toad Town you have to smash directly the first Paper Macho Goomba who feeds a house. Put it on the violet sticker from behind. Then the Goomba storms towards you. As long as Pappmacho opponents blink, they are invulnerable. So wait for the attack and then strike again. Two more strikes destroy the Pappmacho. In the house itself you can find 100 coins in the closet. Follow the left path from the main square and enter the second house. Via the back door you reach the garden, where a treasure mini (#4) is hidden.
Now go right to the harbor building. Follow the path to the café. Open the umbrella and then pull the bricks with the folding circle from the wall. Then climb from the boxes to the café stand, to the umbrella on the new platform. Then you can do another Paper Macho Goomba on the roof to get a treasure mini (#6).
Where’s the catch?
Go back to the skin square and from there you have to enter the second house on the left (with the blue origami on the roof). Go out through the back door and you can find a chest with a treasure mini #5 in the back garden.
Continue on the left up the stairs. Fill all the holes again and you can already see another Paper Macho Goomba on the left. Go through the house. The door to the backyard is closed. Blow the hammer right against the dresser so that the drawer opens. Jump on the dresser and then jump through the window. Fight the Paper Macho Goomba as before and talk to the Shy Guy.
He doesn’t have the duct cover hook, but says you should go to the red brick house in the east – that’s where he left it. Defeats again a Paper Macho Goomba in said brick house and repairs the door with snippets.
Inside you will find an invisible in front of the large wooden box on the left? Block. On the right you have to free Spike from the box, which recommends you to hammer against the shelf. A folding circle appears, thanks to which you can remove the brick wallpaper from the northern wall to reveal a door. Defeat the Goombas in the next room and knock the green cart on the right side. So you reach the shelves and can pull the duct cover hook out of the wooden box – leave the building through the window.
The missing Collectible Treasures in Toad Town can only be obtained much later!

The castle is gone
Upon your return from the graffiti channels, you will land at Mushroom Castle. Is there one on the left? Block, but no other collectibles can be found. Find your way to the last wall. Hau against the pitcher on the shelf to then activate the folding circle.
After reuniting Luigi and his hat, you continue to follow the red air snake. With Luigi’s kart now gone, you can walk through the gate to leave Mushroom Castle through the eastern exit. After the wooden bridge, a voice comes forward that needs your help. Strike against the pillar so that the Goomba falls down. Defeat the opponents and free the Toad with the appeared folding circle.
The Toad is the shop owner from Toad Town. You can now go to the store and buy some weapons and items if necessary. Otherwise, follow the road west to Picnic Road.Picnic Road
