The path through the Sea Tower

With the three balls from the diamond island stages, you can open the entrance to the Sea Tower in the northwest of the wide ocean (position B1). In front of the tower is also a violet “No”. 4′′ warp pipe. Remove the sticker to unlock a shortcut to the Myko Museum in Toad Town.

Then insert the Power Ball, Wisdom Ball and Courage Ball into the door to enter the tower.

In the entrance area you will discover statues of the four parchmenta. Shortly after, a blue sidestepper escapes with a red jewel that you need to get ahead in the tower. Follow the sidestepper through the left door.

Along the way, you have to jump over moving platforms, repair holes and avoid obstacles. Finally, you get into a room with dragon heads on the walls. Lure the sidesteppers to the dragon’s head in the northwest corner, whose mouth is closed. There she can no longer flee and you can reclaim the red jewel.

Then place the jewel in the corresponding statue in the main hall to open a new way up.

Ice Barricade in the Sea Tower

After using the red jewel, you will reach the next area of the tower. Here, the Fire Vellumental and the Ice Vellumental are symbolically opposed.

First fix the pit in front of you and then follow the icy path. At the end, another ice slider is waiting. First clear the crabs out of the way and then move the ice platform so that you reach the higher level.

In the next room you have to remember the order in which the platforms light up. After that, jump over the fields in the same order to reach the other side.

Then you discover a folding circle. Unlocks the rope of an iron ball with the folding arms. The ball rolls down and activates a switch. This will melt the ice in the next section and clear the way up.

Boss fight against the tape

On the top of the tower, the Boss Tape awaits you.

In the first phase, the opponent is still relatively easy to defeat. Build a path that leads you laterally behind the boss and attack it with the hammer or with the 1000 folding arms. Also opens the treasure chest in the ring to unlock additional bonus fields.

After the purple case is destroyed, the second phase begins. Now the boss glues several fields together in the ring. As a result, some fields can only be moved together.

This is where the Fire Vellumental helps. Uses its ability to burn the adhesive strips and get more freedom of movement again.

Subsequently, build a path to the “ON” switch again, activate the folding circle and attack with the 1000 folding arms. Repeat this strategy until all the tape is consumed.
