Jump to the higher level and walk past the bone head to the left. In the end, you can save a Toad behind a rock face. Then go through the pit into the bone head. Inside you will find a room with four torches (only the middle ones are active). Hit right against the wall with the hammer to open a passageway. In the next room there is nothing and in the room to the right, there are more torches. Remember the pattern of the torches and mirror it in the first room to solve the puzzle. This means: the third torch from the left must be at the bottom and the others at the top.
In the middle room, a switch appears. Hit the switch with the hammer and a new passage opens. Collect the treasure mini #74 on the upper floor and then go outside. Slip the bone head down and you fall through the nostril where you find a Toad statue. Hit the hammer against the statue to turn it. From the inscription you learn that you have to collect three balls on the diamond island, if you want to be “ever blissful”. Then a huge fan appears, blowing away the fog.
