Arrival in Shangri-Spa
After completing the Sea Tower, you reach the sky via a pillar of light to Shangri-Spa. Cross the bridge and enter the building with the “Gateway to Eternal Bliss”. Inside, you will be greeted by numerous Toad angels.
Speak to the Toad at the reception, pay the 1,000 coins of admission and you will receive a stamp card. Your task now is to visit all four sources of Shangri-Spa and collect one stamp each. This task is part of the main story.
Directly on the right you can also use the green Warp Pipe No. 5, which serves as a shortcut back to Toad Town.
Source of purity
The first source, the source of purity, is located directly to the left of the entrance. Take a bath and then get the first stamp for your card.
When you leave the building, Mario meets Magikoopa. Follow him across the bridge to Bowser’s Castle. There, however, a Sumo-Koopa clan clan clan blocks the way.
Shortly after, Bowser Jr. appears, but is badly damaged by the Scissors. Fortunately, the sources of Shangri-Spa have healing powers so you can put it back together.
Healing Bowser Jr.
First, return to the source of purity. There, however, three football chucks have spread. Defeat them before you can put Bowser Jr. in the water.
After the bath, Bowser Jr. is reassembled but not yet fully healed. You have to look for other sources.
In the source of the temple in the south, numerous origami goombas await. Defeat all opponents before you can use the bathroom. Then you will receive another stamp.
Explore Shangri Spa
While exploring Shangri-Spa, you can discover some optional secrets:
- Behind a fence near the main square is a secret passageway with a treasure mini and a toad from the sensor laboratory.
- Under a blue umbrella, you can free a snifit that sells you a HP-Max-Plus for 10,000 coins.
- A spike sells another treasure mini for 10,000 coins.
- On a higher platform, you can save a lost Snifit dealer who then reopens his store.
The path to the source of the jungle
The last source is outside the main area. Go northwest from the main square to a white platform that transports you to a new island.
On the way, you can collect another treasure mini and free a snifit dealer from the wooden planks of a bridge.
