Find all six gems in 8F — Paranormal Productions. The colours are white, red, blue, green, purple and yellow. Gem collection is separate from the ending money rank; completing all seventeen floor sets unlocks Suction Shot Type-C.
Required tools and return visits
Unlock Gooigi and the Dark-Light Device before completing the floor. Clear the story route first if a door or room mechanism remains locked.
White gem — Studio 3 — bicycle basket
Pull the cloth from the bicycle basket in the fire set. Defeat the crystal ghost it releases.
Red gem — Studio Entrance — carpet
Blow up the lower-left carpet corner to expose the star floor panel. Continue until the panel rises and releases the gem.
Blue gem — Backstage — frozen gem
Put Luigi on the cherry picker and have Gooigi turn its crank. Carry the ice block down from the lighting walkway. Take it through an activated television to the fire set. Operate the camera with Luigi and carry the block into the flames as Gooigi.
Green gem — Studio 4 — large bottle
Send Gooigi into the neck of the oversized bottle in the miniature set. Take the green gem from inside.
Purple gem — Elevator Hall — helicopter
Vacuum the suspended helicopter until its door opens and releases the purple gem.
Yellow gem — Studio Entrance — film reel
Pull the cord beside the reception film reel. Keep pulling until the camera mechanism opens the yellow-gem compartment.
Six-gem check
Open the floor collection screen and check all six colour slots. A missing colour identifies the exact entry to revisit above. Gem ghosts must be fully captured before their gem is awarded.
