Explore the concert floor, defeat Amadeus Wolfgeist and rescue the first Toad. Five gems can be collected on the early visit; the green gem needs Super Suction much later.
Elevator Hall and restrooms
Use both characters on the brass instrument for the purple gem. Flash the popcorn machine until the yellow gem drops. Check the women’s mirror for the missing tap and restore it with Dark-Light. In the men’s room, Gooigi operates the hidden flush mechanism to open the Boo passage to the concession stand.
Amadeus Wolfgeist — flying seats
Enter the auditorium and keep moving while the pianist throws chairs. Once the chairs are gone, remove the dancers’ masks with suction, flash them and capture the ghosts. Stay clear of the piano as it begins jumping around the stage.
Bombs and piano armour
Avoid the piano’s landing marks and jump over its shockwaves with Burst. When its keyboard exposes a bomb opening, vacuum a live bomb and fire it into the piano. Use Suction Shot on the stunned piano’s circular panel and slam it. Capture Wolfgeist when he is thrown out. Repeat the bomb-and-panel sequence until he is defeated.
Rescue Toad
Restore Toad’s painting with Dark-Light and escort him back to the elevator. Keep him close through the corridor fights. In the stage-left dressing room, restore the piano to collect the red gem.
Later Super Suction return
After the 12F upgrade mission, return to the square hatch on the stage. Burst to expose the socket and clear the entire rear set with Super Suction. Capture the ghost orchestra for the achievement. Use the television to reach the balcony and find the green gem in the popcorn bag.
Continue to the castle
Install the 6F button. Record the green gem as a later return rather than searching the early auditorium repeatedly without the required upgrade.
Gems and floor completion
Use the six-colour list to finish this floor. Check the required return visit before trying a route that needs Gooigi, Super Suction or the later Toad mission.
