Find all six gems in B2 — Boilerworks. The colours are white, red, blue, green, purple and yellow. Gem collection is separate from the ending money rank; completing all seventeen floor sets unlocks Suction Shot Type-C.
Required tools and return visits
The white gem requires the later Toad rescue and upgrade-parts mission triggered after first reaching 12F.
White gem — Old Reservoir — later Toad visit
Return during the Super Suction parts mission after reaching 12F. In the brick room with the rotating bridge, fire a paint can at the faint ghost shape on the wall. Capture the revealed crystal ghost.
Red gem — Storage Room — two water valves
Move the mop bucket to uncover Gooigi’s pipe. Turn the valve with Luigi to stop the first water flow and move Gooigi through the second pipe. Turn the valve back to stop the water above the gem, then collect it with Gooigi.
Blue gem — Observation
Restore the missing copper pipe with Dark-Light. Flash the console’s green sensor and wait for the coffee mechanism to finish; its lower hatch opens with the gem.
Green gem — Sewer B — lift
Drain the sewers first. Put one character on the small lift and have the other pull the ground-level chain. Vacuum the hanging gem from the raised position.
Purple gem — Sewer C — submarine
After draining the water, pull the periscope lens with Suction Shot. Send Gooigi through the exposed pipe into the submarine. Carry the burning fuel container to the cooker and heat its pot to release the gem.
Yellow gem — Elevator Hall — hidden pipe
Vacuum the false brickwork to reveal the central pipe. Send Gooigi through to the scaffold. Before dropping down, walk left behind the wall to the yellow gem.
Six-gem check
Open the floor collection screen and check all six colour slots. A missing colour identifies the exact entry to revisit above. Gem ghosts must be fully captured before their gem is awarded.
Return to
