Find all six gems in 13F — Fitness Center. The colours are white, red, blue, green, purple and yellow. Gem collection is separate from the ending money rank; completing all seventeen floor sets unlocks Suction Shot Type-C.
Required tools and return visits
Unlock Gooigi and the Dark-Light Device before completing the floor. Clear the story route first if a door or room mechanism remains locked.
White gem — Gym Lobby — reception bell
Ring the desk bell, walk toward an exit and wait for the answering ring. Return and ring it again. Defeat the crystal ghost.
Red gem — Weight Room — scale
Leave one character standing on the scale at the front of the room. A compartment opens on the left pillar; use the other character to vacuum the gem from it.
Blue gem — Locker Room — boxing glove
Vacuum a boxing glove from the equipment shelves and fire it at the sign below the light. Collect the blue gem that falls.
Green gem — Shower Room — drained pipes
Clear the steam and ghosts, then shut off the showers. Send Gooigi down the central drain and into the right pipe to reach the green gem.
Purple gem — Training Room — third music channel
Flash the stereo to cycle its channels. Leave it on the third setting and wait for two gold ghosts and a crystal ghost to appear. Capture the crystal ghost for the purple gem.
Yellow gem — Elevator Hall — floor emblem
Stand both Luigi and Gooigi on the large dumbbell emblem outside the elevator. The trophy case opens; collect the yellow gem from it.
Six-gem check
Open the floor collection screen and check all six colour slots. A missing colour identifies the exact entry to revisit above. Gem ghosts must be fully captured before their gem is awarded.
