World 5-1
- Star Coin 1 Before the first big Koopa shell you will find a small bulge. Use the Ground Pound there to find a secret gang and the first Star Coin.
- Star Coin 2 In the second big Koopa Shell you have to swim in. A coin is also hidden here.
- Star Coin 3 At the end, use the liane to get into the Koopa Shell. Using the POW block, you grab the last coin.
World 5-2
- Star Coin 1 Go downstairs and get the POW block that is in the wall. Throw it on the floor to reach the Star Coin.
- Star Coin 2 At the beginning of the cave you have to jump on a wiggler to get hold of the Star Coin and not die in the acid.
- Star Coin 3 Right after the flag, you will find a secret corridor on the top right that leads you to Star Coin. Use a wiggler to get there.
- Extra Directly after the flag you can find a few coins on the left.
World 5-3
- Star Coin 1 Right after the pipe in the Gift Lake, you use the weird plants to reach the Star Coin high up.
- Star Coin 2 After the flag you will find the second Star Coin locked up. Jump on the Koopa Troopa and throw his Koopa Shell against the wooden blocks to destroy them. Stop it again and then get the coin.
- Star Coin 3 The last Star Coin is under two donut blocks. Stand on one and fall down. If you have the coin, you have to jump quickly to the other to avoid falling into the lake.
World 5-Tower
- Star Coin 1 At the beginning, you can free-floating at the top right find the first Star Coin. (Under the? block)
- Star Coin 2 After the flag it is the same game. Climb up and this time you will find the Star Coin on the left.
- Star Coin 3 mushroom needed! Just before the boss door is the last coin on the right. But you have to destroy the wooden blocks first! It is best to start several times, because the first time you do not quite make it. Tip: On the left in the corner is another mushroom in an invisible block.
World 5-4
- Star Coin 1 Freeze on the raft an opponent to reach the Star Coin. If you don’t have an Ice Flower, you can also reach the coin via the? block with some skill.
- Star Coin 2 Collect the POW block and watch it not fall down. A little further on, you see a few coin above. Drop it and the Star Coin falls down.
- Star Coin 3 In front of the tube, you have to throw a bob-omb at the stone blocks to break them. After that, you can collect the last Star Coin on the raft.
World 5-Ghost House
- Star Coin 1 Select the upper door. On the far right, the Star Coin floats in the wall.
- Star Coin 2 Select the lower left door. On the far right is the Star Coin.
- Star Coin 3 Spring over the first pit, up the stairs into the upcoming pit and choose the right door there. Above the second ghost ring hovers the last Star Coin.
- Secret Exit Run to the End and Go to the Pit. On the left is a secret path that leads you to another door. With the help of the light blocks you get to the exit. You can also stand on them when they no longer shine!
World 5-5
- Star Coin 1 In the beginning, you can find a Propeller Block in a cloud. Get it and then collect the Star Coin.
- Star Coin 2 After the flag is in a?-block the Propeller Suit. Once you have it on, you can blow away the clouds and see the next Star Coin more easily.
- Star Coin 3 Take the second POW block and make sure it doesn’t fall down. Throw it on a manta when the coins form two arrows down.
World 5-Castle
- Star Coin 1 Propeller Suit Needed! Jump mortally into the lava to reach the Star Coin. Just before the lava bath you use the propeller!
- Star Coin 2 Directly after the first Star Coin comes a wheel. Climb this up on the left. The secret door leads you to the second coin.
- Star Coin 3 After the flag, the last Star Coin floats over a grid. Just jump up to reach them.
