World 8-1
- Star Coin 1 The first Star Coin floats between two large wiggling mushroom platforms. Jump off the big mushroom to reach them.
- Star Coin 2 The second coin is behind the flag. Collect the POW block and throw it on the wooden blocks that lie in front of you. So also the Star Coin falls down.
- Star Coin 3 At the end you come to a green pipe. Do not use this, but keep running and jump over the wooden block row. Locked up, you now see the last Star Coin. With the trampoline you can reach them.
World 8-2
- Star Coin 1 The first Star Coin is located above a wheel, right after the Giant Goomba. Not to be overlooked.
- Star Coin 2 The second Star Coin is in a hidden room. Find the spot with two horizontal (red and yellow) tubes. Behind it is still a passage, with the Star Coin.
- Star Coin 3 At the end of the level is a hidden cave under the green pipe. Just keep walking on the floor and you will reach them safely.
- Secret Exit At the point where you found the third Star Coin, you just have to run to the left. The supposed wall is not one and you will find a secret passage to another green tube. Now follow the new path to Ziel2ahne.

- Star Coin 1 The first Star Coin is located under a platform attached to a chain. If there is no lava there, you stand on the corner and gently sink down a bit. It is best to always jump lightly so that you do not burn.
- Star Coin 2 The second Star Coin is under a platform after the flag. It is best to gather them from the right side. Your chance has come when there is no lava wave in sight.
- Star Coin 3 Also the last Star Coin is easily explored. To reach them, you have to wait again until no lava wave comes. Use the gap in the chain to collect it really quickly and leave the gap upwards.
World 8-Tower
- Star Coin 1 The first Star Coin floats over a fire wheel. Jump to the coin if the brown platform has driven you close enough from the right.
- Star Coin 2 If you have survived the part with the squeezing platforms, you will see the flag. Now go to the left and jump against the ceiling. A door becomes visible that leads you directly to the Star Coin.
- Star Coin 3 With a start, you slip under the block at the flag to collect the Star Coin.
- Tip First collect the coin and only then touch the flag, otherwise you will have to collect it every time you die.
World 8-4
- Star Coin 1 At the beginning you see several opponents above the stones is throwing water. Swim to them and defeat them all. On the far left you will find the first Star Coin.
- Star Coin 2 The second Star Coin is locked in a brown square block. To get it, you need to activate the P Switch.
- Star Coin 3 In the last section, a lot of jellyfish swim up and down. Swim to almost the top and wait until the jellyfish swims down to the left. You yourself are now swimming to the right to the pipe coming out of the air. Use this momentum to get to the Star Coin.
- Bonus In the first section you can find a horizontal tube below. If you swim in, you will find a few coins in this room.
World 8-5
- Star Coin 1 The first Star Coin floats over a stone platform. Grab them!
- Star Coin 2 After the flag, a Bob-omb falls from the sky on your platform. Grab it and throw it directly at the Star Coin, which floats above the lava.
- Star Coin 3 You come to a place where many crows attack you. When the track goes up, you have to be very attentive. On the right you can see the Star Coin floating. Now jump on a crow to reach it. Beware that your platform has already fallen down before.
World 8-6
- Star Coin 1 The first Star Coin is on the left. Either you use the trampoline that is on the platform or you use your Propeller Suit. It is also possible to reach the coin with a Wall Jump.
- Star Coin 2 Just before the red tube, which brings you to a new section, you have to choose the left path. In the column floats the Star Coin. You can only reach them with several wall jumps.
- Star Coin 3 The last Star Coin is just before the exit. Either you jump from the moving platform to it or you use the Propeller Suit.

- Star Coin 1: Just before the end of the first bone roller coaster, the Star Coin floats just above the lava. Reaching it is really hard, jump just before the lava, to the other side of the roller coaster.
- Star Coin 2 After the flag you come to the next roller coaster. This makes two jumps over the lava fountains. At the second jump, you can collect the Star Coin.
- Star Coin 3 The last Star Coin is between the two roller coasters. Stay on the bottom until you have the Star Coin. After that you have to change quickly, otherwise you will be burned.
World 8-Airship
- Star Coin 1 At the beginning of the level, the coin floats between the entire cannon balls. Jump on a bullet to reach them.
- Star Coin 2 After the flag, you have to use the platform to drive directly under the coin. Jump up and collect them. It is best to activate the flag only after you have got the coin, otherwise you have to collect it again and again when you die.
- Star Coin 3 Just before the tube to Bowser Jr. hovers the last Star Coin. If you don’t happen to have a Propeller Suit, it’s pretty hard to reach them alone. But there is a trick for that too. Go right and get the mechakoopa. With the help of the boxes you carry it back to the left of the screw. Put the Koopa Troopa down and turn the screw until the coin is visible. Now you quickly collect the mechakoopa again on run towards the coin and jump up before the abyss. About halfway between the lower and upper platforms, you throw the Koopa Troopa to get the coin. If the mechakoopa falls down, you will find another one on the right.
World 8-Castle
