Descend through the Landfill Layer on SL1000, explore the routes around its enormous chimney, and clear the challenges in Trashtopia. This guide follows all 27 numbered Banandium collection entries. The five-gem landing reward counts as one entry; there are also 30 fossils to find.
Route through SL1000
Use Forgotten Pit Entry, Upper Pit, Middle Pit and Lower Pit as your landmarks while descending. Look along the chimney’s sides for challenge doors before continuing into Trashtopia. Save gold for Constructone’s paid challenges, use Elephant Bananza for large demolition jobs, and revisit Bloomintone after the main story.

1. Top of the Heap
Climb above Forgotten Pit Entry. The gem rests on the stone banana at the top.
2. Freed the Blusterwing!
Collect the five-gem bundle at your landing point after the Blusterwing encounter.
3. Bloomed in the Landfill Layer
Postgame: uncover Bloomintone below Forgotten Pit Entry, then remove the surrounding terrain until sunlight reaches the flower.
4. Mazy-Cave Buried Banana
Enter the maze challenge beside the patterned chimney between Upper Pit and Middle Pit. Pop all five balloons; inspect each branch before moving deeper.
5. Mazy-Cave Balloons
In that maze, demolish the concrete barrier on the highest level to expose a concealed chamber.
6. Mazy-Cave Hidden Room
Search the lower-right corner of the same maze. The gem is below the surface, so dig rather than following only the visible corridors.
7. Buried in Rubble
Find the Boom Rock behind the Void Kong poster near the second challenge entrance. Set it off and search the excavated space.
8. Up and Down, Underground
Below Middle Pit, inspect the underside of the rising and falling platform near the chimney bend. Time your approach around its movement.
9. Shifty Smash: Dig Deep
The Shifty Smash is beside the second challenge entrance. Excavate downward, working around the lava disc until you reach the target.
10. Sniffing out a Secret
At the exit of Elephant Bananza: City Smash, clear the concrete covering the slippery Neptunite structure.
11. Wrecked by Elephant Bananza
Use Elephant Bananza inside City Smash to bring the building down before the timer expires.
12. Quickly with Elephant Bananza
Repeat City Smash efficiently: the bonus requires at least 20 seconds left when demolition is complete.
13. Battle: Search and Destroy
Enter the battle portal in the open space beside Lower Pit. Defeat the three Crockoids, whose terrain types are lava, concrete and stone.
14. Caged by a Hungry Guard
Near Fragmentone and the chimney, a lava Munchoid guards the cage. Deal with the guard before breaking into the enclosure.
15. Landfill Fragmentone Recovery
Cross the chimney pipes from Lower Pit to Fragmentone. Escort one Fragment back for the first reward.
16. Landfill Fragmentone Restoration
Complete the same rescue by returning all three Fragments. Check the side routes for the pieces still missing.
17. Nestled within the Debris
Follow the Eeling from Lower Pit and search the debris at the end of its route.
18. Cranky's Landfill Rant
In Trashtopia, climb the stone wall near the Dive Punch Barrel Cannon. Speak with Cranky in the elevated recess.
19. Landfill Smashin' Stats
Destroy 70,000 cubic metres of dirt in this layer, then visit Smashintone near the start of the crystal-vein route.
20. A Rare Treasure
Follow the burrowing Fractone along the path left of the Trashtopia Dive Punch Barrel Cannon. In the treasure room, break beyond the fossil wall.
21. Battle: Hundred-Harasser Horde
Near the Chip Exchange, follow the arrow-shaped Fractone and breach the cracked wall. The battle asks you to defeat 100 Peekaboopoids on Boom Rock terrain.
22. Delivery Complete
Pay 1,000 gold to Constructone on the path right of the Trashtopia cannon. In Quick-Service Ice Treats, clear a channel so the ice reaches the bowl within 90 seconds.
23. Speedy Delivery
For the delivery bonus, finish with at least 30 seconds still on the clock. Open the route before the ice becomes trapped.
24. Beneath the Bowl
In Quick-Service Ice Treats, excavate far below the receiving bowl to find the hidden gem.
25. Battle: Explosive Excavation
Right of the Void Stake, pay Constructone 600 gold. Navigate the explosive maze and defeat all three Crockoids to clear the battle.
26. Follow the Crystal Vein
From Trashtopia, use the nearby Li’l Eelevator and follow the arrow Fractone. Trace the crystal vein all the way to its far end.
27. Landfill Chip Exchange
Exchange Banandium Chips at the layer’s Chip Exchange. One purchase fills this collection entry.
Fossils and the Final Collection Check
Use Hand Slap sonar while clearing the layer’s destructible terrain, then compare the fossil total in the map menu with 30. Buy missing fossil maps when available and check ceilings, buried rooms and the walls along side routes. Keep fossils separate from the 27 numbered Banandium entries when checking your completion totals.
