Talk to the Toad near the entrance and march forward to the right. Speak to the Toads who block the path, and then walk to your right, where you will encounter more Toads. Go back to the left, clean the beach of all the Koopas and march all the way back.
Go behind the flat stone and jump to the question mark block. Grab the map in it and move on to your right. Enter the cave and jump to the next Toad. Talk to him and knock on the left side with the hammer against the wall. Draw on the liana that is sinking and grab the coins that come out.
Leave the cave through the exit to your right and look around until Mario enjoys the view. Jump back down and walk to the path that was blocked by the Toads and is now free. Enter the next area and dodge, as best you can, the flying Cheep-Cheeps that regularly jump from the side. Also destroy the small pyramids with your hammer, which mostly contain some paint.
You will encounter two Koopas and two Toads before reaching Oceanfest. Run forward there first and pull on the white pole. Cross the bridge, talk to the two Toads and locate the large purple shell. Go back and talk to the Toads to your right. Finally, talk to the yellow Toad on stage and participate in his play. Then you have to find five green toads hiding in the following places:
- The first Toad is in the large purple shell, which you have to open with a hammer blow.
- The second Toad has buried itself in the ground to the left of the shell.
- The third Toad stands on the palm directly to the right of the area entrance.
- The fourth Toad hides in the pyramid immediately next to the Palm.
- The fifth Toad runs directly behind the bartender-toad, who runs the drink stand to the right of the stage. You have to jump behind the counter and address the wanted Toad from behind to expose him.
Return to the stage and talk to the yellow Toad. Take part in the next game and wait until the toad in the middle receives the key. Note that his head looks a bit kinked and he is therefore visually slightly different from the other four Toads. Wait until they have rearranged, and choose the toad with their head folded. Don’t worry: Even if you have decided on the right one, the key is suddenly in the hands of another Toad.
Start the game again and wait again until the toad with the folded head receives the key. Then color it and let the yellow Toad know. Keep waiting until the Toads have rearranged, and choose the one you just colored. Then you catch the Toads cheating and finally get the key.
Go to the drink stand and take care of the Shy Guy who queues there. Run to the right and show the Toad in front of the gate the key you just won. March on, hit the middle parasol with the hammer and lie on the couch, whereupon you get your life energy back.
Go all the way to the right until the camera perspective changes slightly and press the cut button. Remove the rectangle and go to the flag. Pull on the white pole and talk to the purple savior toad. Run back to the left and color the white spot of the right umbrella. Strike against him so that he opens, and run further to the left.
Go to the little white fences and march behind them. Run over the invisible ramp to your left and, having arrived at the top, move back to the right by jumping from platform to platform.
