Complete Ninjutsu: The Art of Flames in Princess Peach: Showtime! and collect the Sparkle Gems and ribbon. When you return after finishing the story, look for the three hidden Ninja Theets as well.
We will show you where to find all 7 Sparkle Gems, how to get the Ninja Ribbon of the Ribboner, how the sound traps and rotating walls work, and where to find the 3 Ninja Theets after the main story is completed.
Locations of the Sparkle Gems
In Ninjutsu: The Art of Flames you can find a total of 7 Sparkle Gems. Unlike in the first ninja play, this time you have to sneak through a guarded castle, distract guards with sounds and properly align rotating walls.
The last two Sparkle Gems can be found during a fast running section. Pay particular attention to collapsing roofs, large floors and the small sparkling crystal fragments.
| # | Location |
|---|---|
| 1 | After entering the castle via the roof, you reach the first area with noise traps. Distract the guard, sneak behind it and turn it off. At the bottom left is a sparkling pose spot. Pose there and jump up the left wall in the secret room. Then drop right to the first Sparkle Gem. |
| 2 | In the next room, a Sparkla is held by two guards in a cage. Triggers the sound traps on both sides so that the guards move away from each other. Jump down, turn them both off from behind and free the prisoner. As a thank you receive the second Sparkle Gem. |
| 3 | In the first section with rotating walls, you have to include the guard in the wall. As a result, a cabinet appears on the front. Jump to the closet and from there to the roof on the left above you. Follow the roof to the third Sparkle Gem. |
| 4 | In the group of three rotating walls, the fourth Sparkle Gem hides behind the right wall. Turn the wall, change to the back and collect the crystal. Then use the adjacent wall to get back to the front. |
| 5 | After the mystery with the three walls, two guards stand in front of a particularly large rotating wall. Sneak past them or turn them off from behind one another. The fifth Sparkle Gem is open between the two guards. |
| 6 | In the fast running section, the castle is bombarded with large shells. Shortly after the start you jump on a large gear. Runs up to its right side and collects the sixth Sparkle Gem between the gears. Jump on at the last moment so you don’t fall into the abyss. |
| 7 | During the remaining run section, you must collect all eight sparkling crystal fragments. Four of them are on the normal path. For the remaining fragments, you have to jump on a high-jump platform in time and get to the top by wall jump. If you collect all eight fragments, the seventh Sparkle Gem is created. |
Location of the ribbon
The ribbon can be found in the section with the rotating walls. After collecting the fifth Sparkle Gem, you reach a large wall that allows you to switch between the front and back of the stage.
Turn the big wall and stay on the back. Jump up there over the small projections. In the last section, you have to make a tight jump to the left and then climb on by Wall Jump.
At the top, the ribboner is threatened by a guard with a lantern. Sneak up from behind the guard and defeat it. After that, the ribboner will hand you the ninja ribbon for Stella.
| Rewards | Location | Task |
|---|---|---|
| Ninja-ribbon | Large rotatable wall after the fifth Sparkle Gem | Switch to the back, climb to the top left with wall jumps and defeat the guard on the ribboner. |
Secret passages and puzzles
Sneak past the guards
The guards carry large lanterns or spears and can only detect Ninja Princess Peach within their field of view. Use walls, shrubs and other hiding places to pass them unnoticed.
If you touch a wall in a suitable place, Princess Peach camouflages automatically. Wait there until the guard has passed and then attack from behind.
| Situation | Procedure |
|---|---|
| Lantern guard | Stay outside the cone of light and follow the guard at some distance. Attack her as soon as she turns her back. |
| Guard on a wall | Hide right on the wall. Wait until the guard has passed and then turn it off from behind. |
| Several guards | Don’t try to attack in the middle of them. Separates them from each other with sound traps or rotating walls. |
| Discovery | Retreat into hiding and wait until the guard finishes their search. Then you can start a new attempt. |
Distract guards with sound traps
Inside the castle hang several wooden sound traps. If you run past it, they create a loud rattle and lure guards to their position.
Set off a trap and leave immediately. Once the guard examines the sound area, you can approach from the other side and turn it off from behind.
| Action | Note: |
|---|---|
| Produce noise | Run past the wooden trap for the guard to pay attention. |
| Change position | Do not remain trapped after the noise. Move immediately to the other side of the room. |
| Attacking the guard | Wait until she examines the sound source and turns your back. |
| Separating two guards | Use the traps on both sides of the room so that the guards are no longer directly next to each other. |
Use Rotating Walls Properly
The rotating walls connect the front and back of the castle. Some walls contain cabinets or projections that you can use as platforms. Others simultaneously turn guards or Sparkle Gems to the other side.
For the main path, you turn the walls in this order:
- Activate the middle wall first.
- Then turn the right wall.
- Return to the middle wall and turn it again.
- Finally, use the left wall to reach the exit.
| Tip | Declaration |
|---|---|
| Both sides are examining | A Sparkle Gem, a closet or another path can be located on the back of the wall. |
| Include guards | Turn a wall while a guard stands on it. This moves them to the other side or temporarily disables them. |
| Use cabinets as a platform | Some furniture only appears after turning a wall. Jump on them to reach roofs and higher areas. |
| Loop path not overlooked | On the large wall, an additional path leads on the back to the top left to the ribboner. |
Escape over the rooftops and the Fire Dragon Final
In the last part of the play, an automatic run over the roofs of the castle begins. A large gun facility fires heavy bullets at Ninja Princess Peach, destroying parts of the path.
You can still let Princess Peach jump and attack, but you can’t stop or run back. Missed Sparkle Gems and fragments can therefore only be collected during a new pass.
| Danger | Procedure |
|---|---|
| Collapsing roofs | Don’t jump right away. Run as far as possible to the edge and jump only shortly before the collapse. |
| Large projectiles | Pay attention to the impact points and jump over the pressure wave early. |
| Opponents on the way | Attack them during the jump. Ninja Princess Peach moves a little bit forward by the air attack. |
| Highly located fragments | Use the springy platforms and jump immediately into the narrow area for the wall jumps. |
At the end of the run, Ninja Princess Peach receives a special scroll. This transforms a large gear into a fiery kite of several gears.
During the ride, you do not have to carry out complicated attacks. Control the dragon through the opponents and enemy gears. It destroys all obstacles when touched.
When you reach the top of the castle, the fire dragon breaks through the roof and destroys the large gun system. This concludes the play.
After Completion: Find the 3 Ninja Theets
After completing the main story, you can re-enter the play to find the hidden Ninja Theets. In Ninjutsu: The Art of Flames, three Theet are hidden.
The Theet camouflage fit the surroundings and can easily be confused with walls, signs or other parts of the backdrop.
| # | Location |
|---|---|
| 1 | The first Theet is already a few steps after the launch. Pay attention to the stone slope or the wall between the banner and the first staircase. The Theet camouflages directly in front of the rock surface. |
| 2 | The second Theet hides shortly afterwards behind the first lamp guard in front of the large castle gate. Sneak past the guard or defeat it and then examine the stairs at the violet-yellow sign. |
| 3 | The third Theet is located inside the castle. After freeing the caged Sparkla from the cage, you do not immediately move on. Look directly left or bottom left next to the cage in the adjacent room. |
Ninjutsu: The Art of Flames
| Tip | Declaration |
|---|---|
| Only 7 Sparkle Gems | This play contains fewer Sparkle Gems than many previous levels. In total, you have to collect seven crystals. |
| First Pose Place Not Overlooked | The first Sparkle Gem is in a secret room. Look for the sparkling spot at the bottom left of the first interior. |
| Always attack guards from behind | An attack from the front often leads to Princess Peach being detected or pushed back. |
| Fully examine rotating walls | Always check the front and back. Several Sparkle Gems and the Ribbon are located away from the direct exit. |
| Do everything before the run | Once the automatic escape begins over the roofs, you will not be able to return to the previous areas. |
| Late at the sixth Sparkle Gem | The crystal lies at the right edge of a gear wheel. Jump on after collecting so you don’t miss it. |
| Collect all eight fragments | For the last Sparkle Gem you have to catch each fragment in the run section. The higher fragments can only be reached via the springy platform and fast wall jumps. |
| Looking for third Theet in the cage | According to the main story, you should thoroughly examine the room with the captive Sparkla before leaving it. |
