Complete Cowgirl at Dusk in Princess Peach: Showtime! and collect the Sparkle Gems and ribbon. When you return after finishing the story, look for the three hidden Ninja Theets as well.

Sparkle Gems in Cowgirl at Dusk
In Cowgirl at Dusk there are a total of 7 Sparkle Gems. Some you get automatically on the main path, others you have to actively collect during fast riding and train sections.

Location of the ribbon
Also in this level you can get a ribbon for Stella again. You have to save the ribboner.

The easiest way to do this is immediately after collecting the third Sparkle Gem and coming down from the train roof. First find the sparkling spot for the secret room and then pay attention to the barrel with the ribboner nearby.
Stop train and complete level
In the last section you have to finally stop the train. For this you continue to use the Lasso of Cowgirl-Princess Peach.
Grab barrels, logs or other objects and throw them against the train as soon as a suitable opening shows up. Wait for the right moment so that your throws do not go empty.
If the train tilts or gets into a spin, you have to reach with the Lasso for the right part of the train. Pay attention to your position and jump if necessary if the target is a little higher. Once you stop the train, the play ends and you get the last Sparkle Gem.
After Completion: Find 3 Ninja Theets
After completing the main story, you can do additional search tasks in already played plays. In Cowgirl at Dusk you have to find the 3 Ninja Theets.
