Locations of the Sparkle Gems
In The Case of the Rainy-Day Plot you can find a total of 7 Sparkle Gems. Most crystals are obtained for properly solved investigations. Therefore, carefully examine conspicuous objects and use the flash of mind only if you are sure of your conclusion.
In the second part of the play you search through a large clock tower. There are two villains hiding off the main road. Therefore, do not always continue with the next elevator immediately.

Location of the ribbon
The ribbon can be found in the first street section of the play. Run to the right until you meet the Ribboner next to three paintings. The pictures are said to be by the famous artist Mira Culous, but only one of them is real.
Examine the three paintings and talk to the people in the area. The left painting with the extraordinary detective is the original.
Use your brain flash on the left image. The Ribboner thanks you for the correct assessment and hands you the detective-Ribbon.

Investigation and mystery
Track the villain unnoticed
At the beginning, detective Princess Peach observes a suspected resident together with the auxiliary detective. As soon as the villain starts, you have to follow him with sufficient distance.
The suspect turns around regularly. Hide in time behind signs, lanterns and other objects on the roadside. Some privacy screens are moved by residents, so you can not hide permanently in the same place.

Finding the Lost Trace
After the first pursuit, the villain runs away and loses a note. It says that the mysterious project will soon be completed and that he should meet with the others in hiding.
First, examine the puddle on the street. The tracks lead towards the narrow side lane. There, the black garbage container or the conspicuous waste pile is the decisive indication.
Use your brain flash on this item. Behind it opens a passage to the next street.
Finding the Right Hidden Place
After a further pursuit you reach three adjacent apartments. Above the doors are various embellishments:

Talk to the residents to exclude the two false apartments. Then use the brain flash at the middle door.
Before entering the hiding place, you should walk all the way to the right and use the pose spot for the second Sparkle Gem.
Determine the target of the bomb
In hiding, you listen to the three villains. They want to detonate a bomb, but at first do not reveal which building is their target.
After they flee through the window, you examine the room. There are several models of well-known buildings. The decisive model shows the large clock tower of the city.
Use your brain flash on the Clock Tower model. Afterwards, detective Princess Peach makes her way to the tower together with the auxiliary detective and the police.
The Mysteries in the Clock Tower
Finding the Right Lift Key
The villains use an elevator in the clock tower. In order to follow them, you need the key with the number 6.
Several keys hang in the entrance area. The correct key has been flipped and therefore looks like a 9.

Find the three parts of the gear
On a higher floor, an important gear is incomplete. You have to find three missing pieces in the room.

Insert all three parts into the incomplete gear. The mechanism begins to work again and opens the way to the next floor.
The lightweight gear
Later, access to the next elevator key is again missing. On the rear wall there is a gear that is brighter colored than the rest.
Take this gear from its left-hand holder and insert it on the right-hand side. This opens a new passage.
Go through the opening. Princess Peach reaches the large dial of the clock tower. Follow the pointer to the key and bring it back to the elevator.
Finding the Bomb
Take the last elevator towards the bell. During the journey, you can already see that an object has been attached to its bottom.
Examine the large bell above and use the brainstroke. Detective Princess Peach detects the bomb in time and prevents the destruction of the clock tower.
Hidden pose spots
In addition to the pose spot for the second Sparkle Gem, there are other sparkling spots that lead you into small bonus rooms with coins.
