Complete The Perfect Infiltration in Princess Peach: Showtime! and collect the Sparkle Gems and ribbon. When you return after finishing the story, look for the three hidden Ninja Theets as well.
In The Perfect Infiltration you can collect a total of 10 Sparkle Gems. Some lie right on the way, others require a short turn or a hidden pose spot.
