Search for the Toad Brigade Captain
There is a lot on the first planet. First of all, go down the path.
Now go to the place where there is the cloud flower. Collect them to reach higher levels. Now go to the house and follow the path. But be careful not to go into the water, otherwise you will lose the cloud flower. Now go on, jump up with the clouds. Then move on, take another cloud flower and either jump from platform to platform using the cloud flower or you do a pike jump as far as possible, but not too far without going to another cloud and then turn. Then do another pike jump and you are where you have to go. Reach the Launch Star using wall jumps.
The Launch Star takes you to a round planet where you have to collect five star fragments with some Cosmic Clones in your back. Once you have collected all the chips, the Cosmic Clones disappear and the Launch Star appears.
Comet Medal
The Comet Medal is somewhat in height. Jump up either with a triple spike or a backwards flip, where the Comet Medal is. It’s a little easier if you still have a cloud left.
Use the Launch Star to get to the last planet.
There are still many obstacles to overcome on the way to the star. You must manage to get to the upper part of the planet by creating a platform with the cloud flower.
Every Planet Has Its Price
This mission is a secret mission accessible through the first mission.
You need to collect as many coins as possible at the beginning. In total, you need 100, most of the coins you get in the tube behind the tree and on a large cloud platform above the tree, which can be reached using a Launch Star. If you have the 100 coins, go to the cloud platform above the tree and give the Hungry Luma 100 coins so that it can turn into a new planet. A Launch Star appears shortly thereafter.
The Launch Star takes you to the newly created planet. The planet looks like a triangle, at the top is the star. You need the cloud flowers to get all the way up.
The further up you get, the fewer places you can go, you need the cloud platforms. Take care of the rotating posts, they could throw themselves all the way down again. When you reach the top, collect the Power Star.
The Chimp's Stomp Challenge
This mission will not be available until the Chimp has sent you a letter about the letter toad. This mission only takes place on one planet. In this mission, the Chimp gives them the task of collecting 10,000 points. On the complete course, opponents and items are distributed that bring different points: opponents generally bring 100 points, if you defeat several opponents in a row by jumping, you get for the second 200 and from the third 300 points. For 1-Up Mushrooms and Life Mushrooms are 1000 points each, for Star Bits 10 points each. For the game you have 120 seconds. There is only one tactic: defeat as many opponents as possible in succession. Behind the big tree there is a Life Mushroom, On the tree in the rear part a 1-Up Mushroom. If you have reached 10,000 points, he will give you the Power Star, if you do not make it, you lose a life.
Comet Medal
On the shallow-water sphere with five Star Chips, keep Cloud Mario dry. Use clouds to reach the medal above the metal spike before leaving in the Launch Star.
Green Stars — unlock requirement
Collect all 120 regular stars and defeat Bowser again to unlock the Green Star hunt. Choose the corresponding Green Star mission from this galaxy’s mission screen. Follow the detours below rather than collecting the normal mission’s ending star.
Green Star 1
Choose Search for the Toad Brigade Captain and collect a Cloud Flower. The star is directly above the starting area. Build your three clouds upwards rather than spending them on horizontal travel.
Green Star 2
Cross the second bridge to the shallow pond. Keep the Cloud power-up dry and climb towards the star high above the water, placing a fresh cloud near the top of each jump.
Green Star 3
Continue towards The Chimp’s mountain. The star is on the neighbouring stone mountain to the left. Bring a Cloud Flower and use the higher natural ledges before spending the clouds on the final ascent.
Check each numbered Green Star on the mission screen after collecting it. The routes finish immediately when the star is touched, including stars suspended over a gap.
