After completing the main story, you can activate the Moon Rock. This will unlock new missions and allow you to collect more Power Moons.
26: Bottom of the Waterfall Basin
Run to the waterfall. Something is glowing at the bottom under the stone bridge. Perform a ground pound there to make the Power Moon appear.
27: Just a Hat, Skip, and a Jump
Travel to the checkpoint “ Above Fossil Falls „. Turn around and jump down a platform. You’ll see white hats that turn into clouds when you touch them with Cappy. Use this to create a path to the Power Moon.
28: Treasure Under the Cliff
Travel to the “ Stone Bridge “ checkpoint. You’ll see a moon floating on the wall. Activate the clouds and grab it.
29: Next to the Stone Arch
Travel to the checkpoint “ Above the Fossil Falls „. Walk onto the bridge and rotate the camera slightly; a Power Moon is floating in the middle of the stone arch, which you can reach with a jump.
30: Guarded by a Colossal Fossil
Travel to the checkpoint “ Above the Fossil Falls „. Climb onto the skull of the bone dinosaur. You have to make Cappy spin around on the horn several times for a Power Moon to appear.
31: Under the Old Electrical Pole
Travel to the checkpoint “ Above Fossil Falls „. Capture the T-Rex and head towards the spaceship. Destroy the power pylon there. A glowing spot will appear on the ground; the next Power Moon is located there.
32: Under the Ground
Get the T-Rex and destroy the crates near its sleeping place to reveal a glowing spot. Use a ground pound attack to summon the Power Moon.
33: Inside the Busted Fossil
Travel to the checkpoint “ Above Fossil Falls „. Capture a Chain Chomp and throw it against the rock to the left of the flag. A Power Moon will then appear.
34: Caught Hopping at the Waterfall!
Near the Odyssey you’ll find a rabbit. Catch it with your hat for the Power Moon.
35: Taking Notes: Hurry Upward
Travel to the “ Stone Bridge “ checkpoint. You’ll find a pipe there for a mural. Activate the treble clef and collect all the notes to make the Power Moon appear.
36: Cascade Kingdom Master Cup
In the Odyssey, you can participate in the Koopa race again. Use all the shortcuts to beat the golden Koopa. For example, you can use the clouds behind the waterfall to go faster.
37: Across the Mysterious Clouds
Travel to the “ Stone Bridge “ checkpoint. There’s a chimney there. Solve the puzzles to get a Power Moon at the end.
38: Atop a Wall Among the Clouds
Travel to the “ Stone Bridge “ checkpoint. There’s a chimney there. As soon as you first encounter the colorful spiked enemies and reach the gap you have to cross using nine (or ten) hat cloud platforms, the treasure is already very close. Take a look at the large vertical platform in front of you, and you’ll see it.
39: Across the Gusty Bridges
Travel to the checkpoint “ On top of the tree trunk „. There you’ll see a chimney. Take your time solving it so you don’t get blown away.
40: Flying Far Away from Gusty Bridges
Travel to the checkpoint “ On top of the tree trunk „. There you’ll see a chimney. Once you reach the second group of colorful spiky enemies, pull the switch on the left to create a bridge and get very close to the hidden moon.
