Sand Kingdom – All 100 Purple Coins

Super Mario Odyssey guide hub

In the Desert Kingdom in Super Mario Odyssey, you’ll find 100 purple coins. The list guides you through all the coin categories and shows the quantity of each. Select the area you’re currently searching from the table of contents.

How to use the location list

The numbers are a counting aid for this guide, not official in-game numbers. A single line can contain multiple coins. Therefore, compare the locations with your collection, not the running number with the in-game display. Directions refer to the map view.

If you are still missing coins

  • There are 100 coins here. The fountain is only freely accessible after the cold weather has ended; therefore, an early collection run is not enough for every group.
  • Use the sunglasses of a Moe-Eye to see the invisible paths. The ice cave contains two sets of two coins; the Jaxi cave has three separate sets with a total of eight.
  • In the underground temple, the tall Goomba stack helps with the four coins above the rotating platforms. In the pyramid, jumping against seemingly empty ceiling sections is worthwhile.
