Mimis’s million dollar penalty
Runs to the right from the start and bumps into the question mark block from below. The Jar standing on it falls to the ground and breaks. Immediately Mimi appears and claims that the good piece was incredibly valuable. As compensation, she demands from Mario and Princess Peach the completely exaggerated sum of 1,000,000 rubies.
Of course, since you do not have this sum with you, you allegedly have to pay off the debt through hard work.
Note: There is a long and a short solution in this chapter. On the intended path, you first earn 100 Rubee, buy the first code, then work out 10,000 Rubee and get the safe code for it. Since both codes always remain the same, you can also skip the workspaces completely. However, we will explain the complete process to you.
Enter the door at the bottom right. In Mimi’s small office you can save your progress on the Save Block. Then return to the high main room.
Jump to the block on which the Yar stood before, and from there reaches the lead on the right. Switch to the 3D view with Mario. Below or behind the projection you will discover several destructible blocks.
Put Boomer in front of it and blow up the block wall. Follow the uncovered path and open the chest behind it. It contains the Buu-Huu card No. 092.
Return to the middle block and move to Princess Peach. Jump off and slide with her umbrella on the projection on the left.
Switch back to Mario and move to the third dimension. On the floor, a red arrow appears, pointing towards the rear wall. Follow the arrow and run through the 2D invisible passage.
In the hidden room there is a large chest waiting. Open them to free the new Pixl Slim.
With Slim, your game piece can rotate sideways and become paper thin. So you get through narrow crevices and grids. If you stay completely still during use, many attacks and obstacles can also pass through you. This second property becomes particularly important in the case of laser barriers.
Leave the secret room again in the 3D view and return to the main room.
The code for the VIP room
Now you can search for the two number codes. If you want to go straight to the vault, you can skip this section and continue with the code 41262816 in the next section.
For the complete solution, jump over the individual platforms to the next higher floor and enter the door on the right. Behind it is the normal working room.
Talk to the overseer at the end of the room. Your task is to generate energy by repeated jump against the generator blocks. For every successful hit, you deserve a ruby.
Jumps 100 times against one of the blocks. Meanwhile, pay attention to the electric sparks flying through space. In the 3D view, you can more easily avoid them.
Once you have done the required work, talk to the overseer again and get the deserved 100 Rubee paid off.
Leave the work room and return to the lower level. Enter the room near where you found Slim. On the far left, one of the captive workers is waiting.
Speak to him and give him the 100 Rubee. In return, he tells you the four-digit code for the better paying VIP workspace:

Return to the main room and climb back up. Next to the middle door is a combination lock. Enter code 5963 and enter the VIP room.
Talk to the supervisor here too and then get into the big wheel. Continue running until you have earned a total of 10,000 Rubee.
How fast the wheel turns does not affect your earnings. Rubees are calculated by the time you spend on the bike. So you can walk normally in one direction.
Once you have reached the required sum, you leave the wheel and get the 10,000 Rubee paid out by the supervisor.
Go back to the main room and enter the door to the left of the VIP room. Inside, switch to the 3D view. In the rear area of the room, this makes another prisoner visible.
Give him the 10,000 Rubee. He tells you that Mimi betrayed the code in Sleep, and tells you the number combination for the secret safe:

With Slim through the laser barriers
Returns to the high main room after receiving the safe code. Go to the top level and walk all the way to the left.
Switch to the 3D view. On the floor, you can see a red arrow pointing towards the camera. Follow him into the hidden area behind the wall.
Switch back to the 2D view and bump into the block from below. Then a ladder appears, via which you reach the roof area of the villa.
At the top, several moving laser barriers block your path. Equip Slim and activate his ability.
Run towards the first barrier and stop completely just before it reaches you. As long as you do not move with Slim, the laser slides safely through your paper-thin figure.
Wait until the barrier is behind you and then run to the next safe section. Repeats the process at the second laser barrier. It is important that you really stand still as long as a laser crosses your position.
At the right end of the corridor you reach the door to Mimi’s secret safe. Use the combination lock and enter the eight-digit code:

The Tresortdoor opens. Run in and take the 1,000,000 rubles stored in it.
Then return on the same path. Re-activate Slim at the laser barriers and stop motionless each time the rays pass through you.
Climb down the ladder and drop through the main room to the lowest level. Enter Mimi’s office on the lower right and talk to her.
Choose the answer you want to pay off your debt with. Mario gives Mimi the requested 1,000,000 Rubee. Since she obviously did not expect you to actually find the sum, she explodes in anger and disappears.
The star block is located behind the gridded switch room. Jump over the counter and switch to the 3D view. Stand in front of the narrow gap between the bars and use Slim to walk through it paper-thin.
Then jump against the star block. This concludes chapter 2-3 and opens the way to the basement of Merlee’s Mansion.
